I started at the Daytona Flea & Farmers Market in October of 2000 on a side aisle, selling only sterling silver jewelry, Beads and Incense at competitive prices. Recently I was described by a family member as a someone who has a lot of MOXIE. Maybe without it I may have never been brave enough to go into business for myself..

But, with passion, agility, integrity, imagination and in order to compete with the tough competition that the market had produced (or fashioned). Shortly after I had to broaden my horizons and expanded into other product lines: body jewelry, body piercings and pipes.

I started small with a basic 10 x 7 foot space.  My horizons continued to grow on a regular basis. About a year later we moved to the main aisle booth m56. Directly across from the only information booth in the market. There is a full restaurant, ATM, restrooms and conveniently tucked between two concession stands. Not only did we move but we also kept growing, not once, not twice but three times. My store was also featured on the cover of the money section of the Daytona News Journal on April 14, 2008.

This picture shows our first addition of the back of my booth on the Main Aisle booth m56 In this picture our booth measures 10 x 20. After awhile we became very cramped as you can see. This was after we added 14 feet to the back of our 10 x 7 foot space.

After that, we continued to grow and remodeled an additional 10 feet wider. Making our booth 20 x 20 feet. I was very lucky to find the love of my life in 2002. He is directly responsible for all of the outstanding remodeling projects affecting my booth. Kevin Halfhill is also a licensed home builder and roofing contractor. If you need a new home, home improvements, a new roof or just a few repairs. Just let us know. Kevin Halfhill  of Kevin Halfhill Roofing and Home Improvements is the best in his field.

This section was part of the second addition.
Main aisle m56-58
20 x 20 feet.

Last but certainly not least, we thought we would finish by adding a piercing room by adding more footage by another 10 feet wider. Making our booth a total of 30 x 20 foot space. We started the last project of adding a piercing room at the height of a severe recession. We are very proud of what our shop has become.

This is how we look now. :)
